Congratulations on choosing MyCase for your business! We understand that as a legal professional, time really does equal money - that is why we created this Onboarding for MyCase Guide to help you get started as efficiently as possible. ​

This guide focuses on general firm setup and case management; for financial workflows, please refer to the MyCase Accounting Quick Start Guide.

We also encourage you to visit our Learning Center, which is designed with you, your firm, and your client’s needs in mind; the MyCase learning center provides outcome-based lessons to help you run your business successfully, focus on practicing law, and increase your firm’s revenue.

The MyCase Certification equips you with the skills to manage legal cases using MyCase's features. The course covers navigation, client management, financial oversight, and additional topics. After completing all lessons, you will take a certification test. A passing score of 80% or higher earns you MyCase certification.
