Step 4:

You're all set! You can leverage various features, workflows, and reports in MyCase for billing and invoicing, all while your LawPay account processes these transactions.

What happens after I integrate?

Your LawPay client card information will be available in MyCase to easily collect payments from your clients to pay invoices or make trust deposits. View this article to see how you can easily find your saved LawPay cards in MyCase.

All new payments for invoices, in office, newly entered or LawPay saved cards will be processed using LawPay payments. Therefore your new LawPay processing fees will apply. To see these fees login to your LawPay account and navigate to statements.

What if I had MyCase Payments Before?

All of your saved card information, scheduled payments, payments plans, etc will continue to process and be available for you to use. Please note that you will continue to pay your MyCase payments processing fees for these transactions.

What are the benefits of integrating?

  1. Leverage LawPay's robust payment pages

  2. Surcharging functionality (can be enabled by request)

  3. Ability to reconcile LawPay payments to your MyCase invoices, requested funds and trust accounts

  4. Pay Later option
