How to Upgrade

Ready to switch? Admin users can upgrade instantly:

  1. Navigate to Settings > All Settings.

  2. Go to Firm Settings > Billing.

  3. Follow the prompts to select the Advanced Tier.

Upgrade Timing: Upgrades take effect immediately. We will prorate your subscription fee and update your billing date to the day of the upgrade.


❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Can I mix tiers within my firm?

No. All users within a firm must be on the same subscription tier.

What happens to my ADA templates if I downgrade?

You will lose access to Advanced Document Automation functionality. However, your templates are saved; you can regain access at any time by upgrading back to Advanced.

What is the difference between Pro and Advanced templates?

The Pro tier offers basic document templates. Advanced Document Automation allows for drafting multiple documents at once, using conditional logic, and pulling in data for multiple contacts simultaneously.
