Upgrade to the Advanced Tier

Note: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.

  1. Select Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your MyCase account, and select All Settings from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Firm Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Select the Billing sub-tab in Firm Settings.

  4. Click the Subscribe Now button. This will take you to the subscription selection page.
    Note: The Subscribe Now button will say Edit Subscription if you're already subscribed!

  5. You will then have the option to select Buy Advanced amongst the upgrade options.

  6. Customize optional add-ons

  7. Review Purchase Summary

  8. Proceed to Check Out

  9. Add Payment Information unless you have a card on file.

  10. Agree to the Terms of Service

  11. Click Confirm & Pay

Once you complete these steps, you have successfully upgraded to the Advanced tier! Your MyCase subscription will immediately update to the Advanced tier, so you can start using Drive, Full Text Search, Open API, and Advanced Document Automation immediately.

Your account will be charged the pro-rated amount for the remainder of your monthly subscription or yearly contract.
