Note: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.
MyCase subscription tiers operate on a firm-wide structure, ensuring that all users within an account are on the same tier. Individual user upgrades or different tiers assigned to specific users are not permitted. For instance, upgrading to the Advanced tier applies to the entire firm, ensuring consistent features and functionality for all users.

Alternatively, you can also upgrade by navigating to 'Settings > Subscription' and selecting the Advanced tier option.
Once you complete these steps, you have successfully upgraded to the Advanced tier. Your MyCase subscription will immediately update to the Advanced tier, so you can start using Drive, Full Text Search, Open API, and Advanced Document Automation immediately. Your account will be charged the pro-rated amount for the remainder of your monthly subscription or yearly contract. The MyCase Advanced Tier Feature Overview in the Learning Center provides more information about the Advanced Tier. To address common misconceptions, note that upgrades are account-wide and cannot be applied to individual users. Additionally, while upgrading mid-subscription, a prorated fee ensures fair billing for the remaining cycle.
