Note: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.
Overview
MyCase offers three tiers of service: Basic, Pro, and Advanced. Below, the steps to upgrade your subscription are provided.
Upgrading Your Subscription
Navigate to Settings.
Under the Firm tab, click Firm Settings.
Click the Billing tab.
Click the Edit Subscription button, which will take you to the subscription selection page.
Select Upgrade Now for the corresponding tier you'd like to upgrade.
Agree to the Terms of Service and click Confirm & Upgrade.
Once you complete these steps, you have successfully upgraded to the new tier.
Your MyCase subscription will immediately update to the new tier, so you can use any new features immediately.
*Your account will be charged the pro-rated amount for the remainder of your monthly subscription or yearly contract.
