How do I upgrade my MyCase subscription?

Note: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.

Step 1:
Select Settings in the upper right-hand corner of your MyCase account, then

Select All Settings from the drop-down menu. ​


Step 2:

Click Firm Settings in the left-hand menu. ​

Step 3:

Select the Billing sub-tab in Firm Settings.


Step 4:

Click the Edit Subscription button. This will take you to the subscription selection page.


Step 5:
Select Upgrade Now for the corresponding tier you'd like to upgrade.

Step 6:
If necessary, agree to the Terms of Service and click Confirm & Upgrade in the confirmation pop-up. ​

Once you complete these steps, you successfully upgrade to the new tier! Your MyCase subscription will immediately update to the new tier, so you can use any new features immediately. Your account will be charged the pro-rated amount for the remainder of your monthly subscription or yearly contract.
