NOTE: You must be an admin user to update your firm's subscription.
Overview
There are two options when choosing the billing cadence of your MyCase subscription. Your firm may elect to pay on either a monthly or annual basis.
If you would like to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription, please email: [email protected] for assistance.
If you need to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, please follow the steps outlined below.
Switching from Monthly to Annual
Navigate to Settings.
Then, click Firm Settings under the Firm tab.
From here, click the Billing sub-tab.
Under the Billing Plan section, click Edit Subscription.
Choose the option to switch from a Monthly subscription to an Annual subscription.
