Note: This article is about your firm's MyCase subscription invoices — the invoices your firm receives for its MyCase term agreement. It does not apply to client invoices your firm generates in MyCase to bill your own clients.
Overview
MyCase subscription invoices cover your firm's monthly or annual renewal, any add-ons, as well as prorated invoices generated when a new user is added mid-term.
These invoices are emailed automatically from [email protected] to the billing contact(s) on file for your account. MyCase does not currently offer an in-app invoice archive, so the emailed copy sent to your billing contact(s) is your best record.
If you need a copy resent, please contact support. For security, invoices can only be sent to an Admin User, or to a non-admin user with an Admin's written consent.
Managing Your Billing Contact(s)
An Admin User must submit any request to confirm which email address(es) are on file, add an additional recipient, update an existing contact, or remove a billing contact. These requests must be made in writing using one of the following methods:
Email [email protected] with the request.
Start a chat with our support team.
Not sure who your Admin User is, or need to become one? See What's the difference between an admin user and a regular user?.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription
Upgrade: Admin Users can upgrade their subscription tier directly in MyCase. See How do I upgrade my MyCase subscription? for step-by-step instructions.
Downgrade: Have your Admin User contact support (email [email protected] or chat) prior to your upcoming renewal date to request the change.
