Accessing the MyCase Login Page
To begin, you will need to navigate to www.mycase.com
Entering Your Credentials
Once you are on the login page, you will need to enter your unique login information.
Click Login on the homepage (see image above).
Locate the fields labeled "Email Address" and "Password."
In the "Email Address" field, enter the email address associated with your MyCase account. This is the email address provided to you by your firm or the one you used when you first signed up.
In the "Password" field, enter your password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.
If you are unsure of your password, click Forgot your password? and follow the prompts to reset it and login.
Completing the Login
After entering your information, complete the login process.
Click the "Log In" button.
Upon initial login, you will be prompted to Verify with email as part of the MFA process. Learn more about Multi Factor Authentication here.
Enter the Verification code.
If you prefer to bypass the verification process for 30 days, check the box next to Remember this device for 30 days. Please note: this is not recommended for shared computers.
Click Verify.
Once your login information is verified, you will be prompted to select which account you want to login to (if you have more than one MyCase account).
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you encounter difficulties logging in, consider the following common solutions:
Incorrect Password
If the system indicates that your password is incorrect, you will need to reset it.
Click the "Forgot your password?" link located below the login fields.
Enter your email address when prompted and click "Submit."
You will receive a password reset link at your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Incorrect Email Address
Ensure you are using the correct email address. It must be the one registered with your MyCase account. Check with your firm's account Admin to confirm which email they provided for you when setting up your firm's MyCase account.
Browser or Device Issues
Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or attempt to log in using a different web browser; Chrome is recommended. If the issue persists, try accessing MyCase from a different device.
