Syncing Emails to MyCase
Updated over a week ago

Overview

We now integrate directly with leading providers (Google and Outlook) so that you can link emails to MyCase without losing the familiarity and functionality of your inbox! As a result, the MyCase Mailbox integration is no longer supported.

If you used Mailbox previously, your data is safe! All emails, attachments, and time entries saved via Mailbox remain in your account. To access saved emails, visit the Legacy Mailbox tab of a case, lead, or contact.

Moving forward, save important emails to MyCase by installing one of our embedded Add-ons.

Each firm user has a unique email forwarding address associated with their MyCase account. Allowing you to forward incoming and outgoing emails (and attachments) to that address and save them to the appropriate case and contact. MyCase even saves emails to their respective case and contact automatically when able to correctly identify them. No infrastructure changes are required. If you don't want to use the plugin, you can access this feature separately. Click here to learn more.
