Overview
MyCase integrates with the apps you love, allowing you to get more work done by seamlessly integrating applications within MyCase. This allows you to create end-to-end workflows using your favorite tools.
Finding & Setting Up Integrations
You can integrate apps from the dashboard by clicking See All Integrations & Apps on the right side of the screen under Alerts.
The Integrations & Apps page includes all the integrations available to you and your firm.
Each tile is associated with a specific app or integration.
In each tile's lower right corner, there are instructions. For example, if you don't already have LawPay connected with my case, you can select Connect Your LawPay Account.
Once a link is selected, you will receive a dialogue message with additional instructions.
You'll be guided about how to get started by the specific instructions for each integration.
You will see an installed banner once an app or integration is installed.
If you want to remove an app or integration, select the prompt to remove or disconnect.
If you see a prompt that says only admin users can set up this integration, contact your firm's account administrator for support.

Accounting
Quickbooks Online: Sync MyCase with your QuickBooks Online account to export data to your QuickBooks online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus or Advanced account.
Automation
Seeb: Seeb.AI is an AI-powered receptionist that helps law firms capture more leads, collect payments faster, and save time by automating calls, client intake, and payment reminders — all seamlessly integrated with MyCase. Firms can grow their business and improve client service without adding to their workload.
MailChimp Contacts Sync: MyCase's Mailchimp Contacts Sync allows you to import your MyCase contact information (email, first/last name, and phone number) into a designated Mailchimp audience, reducing double data entry across your business systems.
Calendaring
CourtDrive: CourtDrive provides a single cloud-based system for PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records), state court records, eNotices, third party integrations, calendaring and other filings workflow management needs.
LawToolBox: Rules-based calendaring solution your law firm will need to automatically track all business-critical deadlines.
Client Communications
Case Status: Case Status is automation for client management via mobile. By automating push notifications (via their mobile app) and text messages, law firms help their clients feel more connected and informed, increasing client satisfaction while automating daily administrative law firm tasks, saving time and money.

Lawbrokr: Lawbrokr saves firms time with embedded pre-screening workflows that qualify legal consumers for law firms. Firms can place their unique Lawbrokr link anywhere they’d like (website, social pages, listing and directories, etc.)

Proof: Proof is online process serving, available in all 50 states. Our integration streamlines service of process operations directly in MyCase, from serve to affidavit.
Lead Sharing Attorney to Attorney
Attorney Share: Attorney Share streamlines case referrals and helps you grow your client base with its user-friendly referral platform. Easily search high-quality cases in the Attorney Share public marketplace, using filters by state and practice area to discover right-fit opportunities for your practice.

Smith.ai: Smith.ai is a 24/7 virtual receptionist service that screens callers, gathers client information, and logs client details to MyCase. VXT: VXT is a cloud-based phone system that uses VoIP (voice over IP) technology to enable phone calls through desktop and mobile apps using an internet connection. Firms can easily transfer calls to colleagues, record conversations, and make notes.
Apps
MyCase Desktop: MyCase File Sync lets you seamlessly edit documents using the software of your choice and sync changes to MyCase as a new document version - no download and re-upload required. Simply edit MyCase documents in your preferred software - like Microsoft Word, Adobe, or Microsoft Excel, and changes are automatically saved to MyCase whenever you click "Save." MyCase File Sync is a desktop app and must be installed on your computer before you can edit documents stored in MyCase. MyCase File Sync works on both Windows and Mac computers.
Date Calculator: Date Calculator allows you to simply calculate future dates from any MyCase page. You can set the calculator to account for calendar or business days, and the results will be displayed instantly.
Calendar Integration: The Calendar Integration App allows 2-way synchronization of your MyCase calendar events with either Google or Outlook. This means that adding, editing, or deleting an event in Google/Outlook will update the event in MyCase. The same is true in the opposite direction - any changes to your calendar in MyCase will reflect in the integrated calendar.
Email Integration: With the MyCase email integration, you're given your own custom MyCase email address where you can forward or bcc your emails. Those emails are automatically pulled into MyCase where you can assign them to the appropriate contact and/or case for easy reference. Note: This is a Legacy Service, meaning MyCase will no longer provide updates for this service.
Outlook Add-on: Centralize client communication with the MyCase Add-In for Outlook! The add-in allows you to easily link emails to the appropriate case without leaving your Outlook inbox. You can also add a new time entry directly from the Add-in.
MyCase Accounting: Complete financial accounting for your firm to track everything directly in MyCase including business transactions that are not associated with your clients and cases.
