Overview
Using our Forgot Password tool, you will be up and running again in no time.
To reset your password:
On the Login page, next to the Password field, click Forgot Password?
Enter the Email Address you use to login to your MyCase account
Click Submit
MyCase sends you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Add a New Password
Confirm Password
Click Reset
You may be asked to verify your new password with a 6-digit verification code sent to your cell phone. Add the Verification Code and click the Verify button.
Important Notes:
Passwords must contain a non-number, a number, must be at least 8 characters long, and must match confirmation to meet security standards.
Only the most recent Forgot Password email will be valid. If the Reset Password email has been sent in the past or multiple times in one day, the previous emails will be invalid.
A Master User cannot change the password for any other firm users. If someone has forgotten or lost their password, they can use this Forgot Password Tool.
