How do I update my email address?

The email address associated with your account is important because it's what you will use to access your account. This article will walk you through changing/updating your email address.

To Update:

  • Go to Settings by clicking your name on the top right of MyCase

  • In the left-hand menu, under the Personal > My Profile section, click on Update Email.

  • Enter your current MyCase password

  • Update the Email field to the new email address that you'd like to use to access MyCase.

All notification and system announcement emails will be sent to the new email address.
