Overview

As part of the MyCase Payments 2025 migration, all MyCase Payments customers moved to LawPay. With this change, three updated financial reports became available directly inside MyCase under Reports > Financial Reports:

  • LawPay Statements — consolidated monthly processing fee statements

  • LawPay Deposit Report — unified payout activity across all payment methods

  • Transaction Report — detailed record of individual payment transactions

For full background on what changed during the migration, see the MyCase Payments Migration 2025 article in the LawPay Help Center.

LawPay Statements

Your monthly statement consolidates all credit card and ACH processing fees for the prior month into a single document, making bookkeeping and reconciliation easier for your firm.

When statements are available

New statements are generated on the second day of each month, reflecting all fees from the previous month. For example, the statement for March fees is available on April 2nd. You will receive an email notification when your statement is ready to your designated LawPay billing contact.

LawPay Deposit Report

The LawPay Deposit Report consolidates payout information across all payment methods — including credit card, e-check, and Pay Later — into a single report. Previously, this information was spread across method-specific payout reports.

Transaction Report

The Transaction Report provides a detailed, line-item view of individual payment transactions processed through LawPay in MyCase. Use this report for granular reconciliation, auditing, or looking up the status of a specific payment.

What it shows

  • Individual transactions by date, client, and matter

  • Payment method (credit card, e-check, Pay Later)

  • Transaction amounts and processing status

A Note on Pricing
