Overview
To log in to the 8am Community, you’ll need to use the email address and password associated with your community account. Your community login credentials may be different from your product login credentials.
Before you get started
The 8am Community is a separate site from your 8am products. As a result:
Your product username and password may not work for the community.
You may need to set or reset a community-specific password before logging in.
How to log into the 8am Community
Go to the 8am Community login page: https://8am.my.site.com/community/login
Enter the email address associated with your community invite.
Enter your password.
Click Log In.
Forgot your password?
If you don’t remember your community password, you can reset it at any time:
On the community login page, click Forgot Your Password.
Enter the email address associated with your community account in the “Enter your username” text box.
Click Continue.
Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
Note: If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Didn’t receive an invite email? Can’t find the original invite email?
If you were invited to the community, you should have received a separate email with login instructions.
If you:
Can’t find the invite email
Aren’t sure which email address was used
Still can’t access the community after resetting your password
Please email [email protected] to let us know you’re trying to access the 8am Community.
