How to Run a Leads Referral Source Report
Here’s how to pull the report in just a few clicks:
Click the Reports tab in the left navigation pane.
Select Leads referral source from the Leads reports list.
In the top-right corner, click Customize report. You can customize your report by:
Filtering the data fields.
Reorganizing the columns in the report.
Sorting the rows based on data type.
Grouping by Referral source.
Calculating the total of each data type.
Once you have customized the report to fit your needs, click Run report.
What you’ll see:
The report breaks down each lead based on the filter(s) and columns you select during customization. In the example below, the user selected the Lead name, Lead status, Practice area, Value, and Referral source columns and filtered the report by assignee (the person the leads are assigned to).
You’ll also see the total number of leads at the end of the referral source column.
Share or Save Your Report
Click Save Report to access the specific report later. All Saved Reports are located in the My reports tab at the top of the Reports list (see the orange box below).
To download the report as a PDF or CSV, click the Export button.
To print your report, click the printer icon.
