Accounts Receivable Report

Overview

MyCase's Accounts Receivable Report is an easy way to view your law firm's receivables. You can filter the report to show a particular client or case and choose from various grouping options to better format the data for your specific needs.

How to Run an Accounts Receivable Report

Here’s how to pull the report in just a few clicks:

  1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation pane.

  2. Select Leads referral source from the Leads reports list.

  3. In the top-right corner, click Customize report. You can customize your report by:

    1. Filtering the data fields.

    2. Reorganizing the columns in the report.

    3. Sorting the rows based on data type.

    4. Grouping by Referral source.

    5. Calculating the total of each data type.

  4. Once you have customized the report to fit your needs, click Run report.

What you’ll see:

The report breaks down each lead based on the filter(s) and columns you select during customization. In the example below, the user selected the Invoice Number, Client, Amount Receivable, Due Date, and Days Aging.

​​Export Your Report

  1. Click the Export to download the report as a PDF or CSV.

  2. Click the Printer icon to print your report.
