The Case Balance Summary report provides financial information for each client's case. It allows you to track the financial health of each case, including accounts receivable and total case amounts.

To access the Case Balance Summary Report

  1. Click the Reporting tab at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Case Balance Summary under Financial Reports.

  3. To run the Case Balance Summary Report, Select a Lead Attorney.

  4. Click the Run Report button.

  5. The report includes a Case Balance Summary for each case, including information such as:

    Case = Name of Case
    Accounts Receivable are the total amount of unpaid invoices associated with the case.
    Draft in Progress is the total invoiced amounts in draft status with the case.
    Work in Progress is the total amount of unvoiced items associated with the case.
    Total = Total amount for the line.

  6. You can Print or Export the report as a PDF or CSV.
