Overview

If a data import doesn't go quite as expected, you can easily undo it. Undoing the import will remove all records that it brought into MyCase.

Undoing an Import

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Import/Export under General on the left side of the screen.

  3. Click the section that contains the import you'd like to undo (Contacts & Companies, Court Cases / Matters, etc.)

  4. From here, you will be taken to a table that lists every import you have done in MyCase. On the far right side of each row, you will see an icon depicting a circular arrow. When you mouse over this icon, it will say Undo Import. Click Undo Import.

  5. Confirm the Undo of the import.

  6. Click Proceed to continue with the Import Undo.

  7. MyCase will remove all of the records that were associated with the import.
