Overview
If a data import doesn't go quite as expected, you can easily undo it. Undoing the import will remove all records that it brought into 8am™ MyCase.
Undo an Import
Navigate to Settings.
Under the General tab, click Import/Export.
Select the section that contains the import you'd like to undo (Contacts, Cases).
From here, you will be taken to a table that lists every import you have done in MyCase.
On the right side of each row, you will see a circular arrow icon. When you mouse over this icon, it will say Undo Import. Click Undo Import.
To Confirm the Undo Import, click Proceed.
MyCase will remove all of the records that were associated with the import.
