To view the Client Portal activity for a client or contact in your MyCase account, visit their contact details page.

OVERVIEW

We've made it easier than ever to quickly see the activity for a particular client, to give you insight into whether the client is logging in, and what they are doing within the portal.

To access this section, simply search on a contact's name using the global search in the upper-right corner of MyCase - clicking on their name will take you to that contact's Contact Details section.


You will notice a series of tabs you can select. Click on Activity:

The following activities will be shown for your contact when:

  • A firm user created the contact

  • The contact was linked to case

  • The contact viewed a document

  • The contact logged in

  • The contact paid an invoice

  • The contact commented on an event

  • The contact uploaded a document

  • The contact commented on a document

  • The contact was removed from a case by attorney

  • A firm user archived the contact

*Please note that this page will respect the case permissions per firm user. Only firm users linked to a specific case will see contact activity regarding that case.
