Overview
If an archived contact or client needs to be made active again, you can always Unarchive them.
An example of this would be a client that you used to represent (who was archived) who hires you to represent them again. Instead of creating a new contact record for them, you'd simply Unarchive their existing contact record to make them an Active contact in the system.
Unarchiving a Contact
Open the Contact Details Page for the Archived contact
Please note: Archived contacts will not appear in the Global Search bar
You will need to click the Contacts tab, click the Archived filter, and then find their name in the list of Archived contacts
Scroll to the screen's bottom-left corner, then click the blue button labeled Unarchive Contact
If their Client Portal was set to Disabled, but a valid email address is on file for the contact, you will be asked whether or not you'd like to enable the Client Portal before finalizing the action
Click on Unarchive to finish Unarchiving the contact
Once these steps have been followed, the contact will no longer be archived!
