For your security, MyCase is designed to automatically log you out if your account is idle for a certain period of time. By default, this duration is set to 10 minutes of inactivity. However, you can change the auto-logout time or even disable it completely, giving you full control over your account's security settings.
To change or disable the auto-logout duration:
Open Settings
Click My Settings
Click the Edit Preferences button
Under Automatic Logout, select the drop-down menu to change the Logout time.
To disable it completely, check the Disabled radio button
Click Save Preferences
