Introduction
Astrid Legal turns every client call into a filed case note and a client recap automatically, helping plaintiff and personal injury firms build a defensible record without adding manual data entry to anyone's day. Integrating Astrid Legal with MyCase ensures that every conversation on a case is captured, attorney-approved, and synced directly to your single source of truth.
Step 1: Complete Astrid Legal Onboarding
Astrid Legal includes onboarding and template configuration from your existing file notes as part of their standard setup process with no additional setup fees.
Before linking the two platforms, ensure your firm's custom note templates, practice area formats, and admin settings have been established with the Astrid Legal team.
Step 2: Access MyCase Integrations
Log in to your MyCase account.
From your main dashboard, click Manage Integrations.
Alternatively, you can access this menu by navigating directly to Settings → Integrations and Apps.
Step 3: Locate and Connect Astrid Legal
The Integrations & Apps page displays all available third-party connections as individual tiles. Browse the page to find the Astrid Legal tile.
Click the connection prompt located in the lower right corner of the tile to initiate the setup.
(Note: If Astrid Legal provides a custom secure activation link via email during your onboarding, click that link directly and sign in to MyCase to begin authorization).
Step 4: Authorize the Sync
Once you click the connection prompt, a dialogue message will appear with specific setup instructions.
Follow the on-screen prompts to grant authorization and approve the connection between Astrid Legal and MyCase.
When the setup is successfully completed, an "installed" banner will appear on the integration tile.
Step 5: Verify the Workflow
With the two-way sync active, Astrid Legal will automatically file meeting notes, attorney-approved time entries, task to-dos, and call transcripts directly into your MyCase matters.
Firm administrators can lock the note structure within Astrid Legal to ensure that every record flowing into MyCase uniformly matches the firm's standards.
