How the Integration with MyCase Works
Supio complements MyCase by adding deep document intelligence on top of the case management system, turning raw records into structured insights that attorneys can immediately act on.
The integration process involves several key steps:
Case-Based Activation After installing the Supio integration via OAuth, a custom field is automatically created within MyCase. When a firm selects a Supio package for a specific case, that case is flagged for processing.
Scheduled Document Sync Supio securely checks for flagged cases twice daily and pulls the associated medical records and case documents directly from MyCase into Supio for analysis.
AI Processing The collected medical records, bills, and legal documents are analyzed to generate chronologies, treatment summaries, case signals, and draft demand materials.
Accessing Outputs Firms access the generated chronologies, insights, and draft demands within the Supio application. Document write-back into MyCase is currently on the roadmap.
