How to Run a Leads Forecasted Pipeline Value Report

Here’s how to pull the report in just a few clicks:

  1. Click the Reports tab.

  2. Select Leads Forecasted Pipeline Value.

  3. Add any filters you need.

  4. Click Run Report.

What You’ll See

The top-level summary includes:

  1. Forecasted Pipeline Value (a.k.a. potential revenue).

  2. Overall Conversion Rate.

  3. Total Estimated Value of Active Leads.

Important note: Conversion rates reflect the past 90 days and exclude leads without a potential value attached.

You'll also get a breakdown of each lead, including:

  1. Lead Name.

  2. Potential Case.

  3. Practice Area.

  4. Date Added.

  5. Referral Source.

  6. Number of Days Since Added.

  7. Estimated Value.
