Running a firm is all about looking ahead, and the Leads Forecasted Pipeline Value Report in 8am™ MyCase helps you do just that. It’s your window into the potential revenue sitting in your leads pipeline, giving you a real-time pulse on the future of your business.

What the Report Helps You Do

  • Forecast future revenue

    • Estimate upcoming income based on lead value and stage.

  • Prioritize follow-up

    • Identify high-value leads, leads sitting too long in a stage, and leads close to converting to improve conversion rates and speed-to-retain.

  • Measure intake & marketing performance

    • Evaluate which marketing channels bring in the best leads, and how effective the intake process is at converting leads.

How to Run the Report

Here’s how to pull the report in just a few clicks:

  1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation pane.

  2. From the Lead reports category, select Leads Forecasted Pipeline Value.

  3. In the top-right corner, click Customize report.

    • You can customize your report by:

      1. Filtering the data fields.

      2. Adding/removing and reorganizing the columns in the report.

      3. Sorting the rows based on data type.

      4. Grouping by Firm User or Entry Type.

      5. Calculating the total of each data type.

4. Once you have customized the report to fit your needs, click Run report.

  1. Click More to:

    1. Print report

    2. Export as CSV

    3. Export as PDF

    4. Refresh data
