With the Mycase Immigration Add-On, you can comment on questions, tag your clients or staff, and converse inside Smart Forms. Here's how it works:
Inside any Smart Form, click the comment icon next to a question to add a comment.
Use the @ symbol and start typing your client's email to tag them in a comment.
Grant access if your client hasn't been invited to the Smart Form.
Once you've tagged your client in a comment, they'll receive an email notification with a link to the comment so that they can respond.
If your client adds a comment to a Smart Form, you'll receive an email and in-app notification based on your Notification settings in your Settings tab.
