What do I do if my document is in "[Compatibility Mode]"?
"[Compatibility Mode]" will show next to your document name if your document was created with an older version of Word. You will also see the following message in the side task panel:
To convert your Word document to the most recent version, follow these steps below:
Windows
Click "File" - "Info" and click "Convert" next to "Compatibility Mode"
Mac
Click "File" - "Convert document"
