You can use Writing Assistant whenever you're drafting Notes, Messages, Text Messages, Task Descriptions, Invoice Descriptions and when you're Requesting Funds.
Please Note: The guidance below illustrates using Writing Assistant in Notes; it works the same way in Messages, Text Messages, Task Descriptions, Invoice Descriptions, and Requesting Funds.
How does 8am IQ Writing Assistant work?
To use Writing Assistant in Notes:
Click the Add note button from the Quick Actions panel.
Select a Case or Contact with which the Note will be associated.
Add a Subject.
Type text in the Note field.
Select the AI icon (pictured below).
6. Select how you would like to modify the Note:
Improve Writing
Change Tone: Formal, Assertive, Persuasive, Empathetic, Advisory, Confident, Neutral
Translate to: English, Spanish, or Arabic
Summarize
7. If you’re happy with the results, click Insert to add the new text to your Note. Then, select Save to send the document to a Contact or Case.
8. If you want a different result, select Discard and start again.
9. To see the Note created using 8am IQ, go to the Case Details page and select the Notes tab.
