Overview
There are many ways to get the help you need, quickly, throughout your MyCase account. Below, we will outline how to access one of these ways to help you answer quick questions and find solutions within the MyCase Help Center.
Accessing the Help Center
You can access the Help Center via your MyCase account, by clicking your initials in the top-right corner. In the drop-down, click Support Center and you will be taken to a page with links to each of our support and learning resources.
What can we help you with?
From this page, you can type in the search bar which topic or tool you would like to explore more, and the search feature will automatically open the Help/Knowledge Center article related to your search.
Please note: The Knowledge Center will open in a new web page, but you will remain logged into your MyCase account via the previous webpage.
On this same page, you can access the Knowledge Center, Learning Center, and other support resources.
You can also visit the MyCase website and make sure to visit the Learning Center to learn everything you need to know to run your firm.
