How do I access my account settings page?

Your 8am™ MyCase account settings page allows you to edit your profile, notification preferences and add and edit custom fields.

​Overview

The account settings page allows you to edit your profile and notification preferences, add and edit custom fields, import/ export data into the system, and much more.


Access Your Account Settings

  • Click your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • From the drop-down pictured below, click Settings.

  • You will see the following categories on the left of the Common Settings dashboard:

    • General: Here you can import/export firm data, create custom fields, intake forms, workflows, add/remove case stages, and manage lead settings.

    • Personal: You can update your profile picture, time zone, default reminder settings, and notifications.

    • Firm: This tab allows you to edit user permissions (if you are an admin user), upload your firm's logo, and manage your client billing and invoice settings (if an admin).
