Flagging and commenting on questions is helpful when communicating with a client about unanswered questions in your Smart Form.
Flagging Questions
Click the flag icon at the top right corner to flag a question. It turns blue when flagged.
You can unflag the question by clicking it again.
You can select Flagged Questions from the dropdown in the top right corner of your page to display only flagged questions to anyone using the Smart Form.
Commenting on Questions
To comment on a question, click the comment icon in the top right corner of the question.
Anyone accessing the Smart Form can see your comment.
You can comment on the question by clicking the comment icon again.
You can @mention contacts to share the comment.
Click the drop-down menu to edit or delete a flag and select Edit or Delete.
