How to Take a Screenshot

Follow these steps to take a screenshot and send it to our support team for faster resolution of your support inquiries.

Mac Computer:


To take a screenshot on a Mac, you can use keyboard shortcuts or the Screenshot app:

  1. To take a screenshot of the entire screen, Press and hold Shift-Command-3.

  2. To take a screenshot of a specific area, press Shift-Command-4, move the crosshair to the starting point, click and drag to select the area, and then release the mouse or trackpad button.

Windows Computer:


The Snipping Tool lets you take a screenshot of a specific part of your screen:

  1. Press the Windows logo key + Shift + S for a static image snip

  2. Click the Snipping icon

  3. Click New

  4. Click and drag your mouse to select the area you want to capture

  5. Let go of the mouse to take the screenshot

Screenshots will typically be automatically copied to your Clipboard so you can easily paste them into an email or chat with our support team. If they don't automatically paste from the clipboard, they may be in your Downloads or Documents folders on your computer, and you can attach them from there.
