Integrating Ruby with MyCase
To set up the Ruby integration in MyCase, your firm needs a Ruby account, and the person setting up the integration will need to be a MyCase admin user. The integration setup is done on Ruby’s side by going to Account and clicking on Integrations. Click Connect to see a MyCase logo in the integrations list.
Clicking Go to Ruby on the MyCase integration page takes you to the Ruby login page. Add your MyCase credentials and authorize the application to create call logs on your behalf.
