How to Add Free Accountant License to MyCase Accounting

​To learn more about MyCase Accounting, take the MyCase Accounting 101 Online Course in the MyCase Learning Center.

Begin by navigating to the settings tab at the top of your MyCase account

  1. Select “all settings”

  2. “Firm settings”

  3. Billing tab under firm settings

  4. “Invite accountant”

  5. Enter your accountant’s name, email address, and phone number

  6. Check the box that they are not a firm employee

  7. “Request free license”

(Please note, the free accountant license has a 24 hour approval wait period. We must verify that the free accountant user is a third party accountant and not a firm user.)
