Understanding the Sync
One-Way Sync: The integration only pushes data from MyCase to the Apple Calendar. Events created or changed in Apple Calendar will not sync back to MyCase.
Step 1: Generate the iCalendar Link in MyCase
Open your MyCase dashboard and navigate to the Calendar tab.
Click the Settings button (gear icon) in the upper right-hand corner of the calendar window.
Select iCalendar Sync from the dropdown menu.
Toggle the switch to Enabled.
Copy the custom Calendar URL that appears.
Step 2: Subscribe in Apple Calendar
Open the Calendar app on your Mac.
In the top menu bar, click File and select New Calendar Subscription...
Paste the copied MyCase URL into the Calendar URL field and click Subscribe.
In the settings window that appears:
Name: Customize the name (e.g., "MyCase").
Auto-refresh: Set your preferred refresh interval (e.g., Every hour or Every day) to ensure your calendar stays updated.
Click OK to finalize.
Your MyCase events will now automatically appear directly within your Apple Calendar.
