How do I view if my clients have paid me by eCheck or credit card?

When a client makes an eCheck or credit card payment, you will receive an email or activity feed notification depending on your settings.

Overview

In 8am™ MyCase, you will be able to view eCheck and credit card payments on any invoice, the invoice history tab and anywhere that payments are represented. You will also be able to see these payments displayed in your Recent Activity Feed.


View eCheck & Credit Card Payments in MyCase

  • Navigate to the Reports tab, in the left navigation pane.

  • Under Financial Reports, click Electronic Payments.

  • If you want to filter your report, select the appropriate criteria.

  • Then, click Run Report.

  • You may Export your report as a PDF or CSV to print it out.
