Viewing Workflows That Have Been Applied to a Case

To view all the workflows that have been applied to a particular case, open the Case Details page for the case you'd like to look into...

Under the Items & Info tab, click on Workflows (pictured below).

You will be taken to a screen that shows you all of the workflows that have been applied to this case. In the screenshot below, you can see that 3 workflows have been applied to this case. If you would like to see the details of a workflow that has been applied, click the workflow name.

You will be taken to a screen that shows you some information about the workflow, as well as a list of all the calendar events and tasks that were added to the case file by this workflow (pictured below). From this screen, you can remove the workflow, edit calendar events and tasks, mark tasks as complete, and remove individual calendar events and tasks from the system.
