Migrating from LEAP

Prepare to export your Leap data for a seamless import into MyCase. Learn the essential file formatting rules to ensure a successful data migration.

Overview

To ensure a smooth migration into MyCase, your files must be exported in .csv or .xlsx format, have headers only in the top row, and contain no duplicate entries. If you need help meeting these requirements, contact … Customer Support. If your MyCase subscription includes onboarding, a Data Conversion Analyst can assist you with formatting and organizing your data.
