Overview

Track every transaction involving client trust funds and gain a comprehensive view of all activity within your trust accounts. Ensure accurate tracking of client funds and prevent misapplication of payments.

What the Report Helps You Do

  • Keep trust accounts compliant

    • Track client funds separately to reduce risk of ethics violations.

  • Audit & reconciliation support

    • Help with monthly reconciliations and prepare for internal/external audits.

  • Confirm invoice payments were funded correctly

    • Prevent misapplication of funds.

How to Run the Report

Here’s how to pull the report in just a few clicks:

  1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation pane.

  2. From the Financial reports category, select Trust Account Activity.

  3. In the top-right corner, click Customize report.

    • You can customize your report by:

      1. Filtering the data fields.

      2. Adding/removing and reorganizing the columns in the report.

      3. Sorting the rows based on data type.

      4. Grouping by Firm User or Entry Type.

      5. Calculating the total of each data type.

4. Once you have customized the report to fit your needs, click Run report.

Do More with Your Report

  1. Click More to:

    1. Print report

    2. Export as CSV

    3. Export as PDF

    4. Refresh data
