Overview
The Aging Invoices Report in 8am MyCase provides a clear overview of outstanding client balances, categorized by the age of the invoice.
This helps you identify overdue payments and prioritize collection efforts.
How to Run the Report
Navigate to the Reports tab in your MyCase account.
Select Aging Invoices from the list of Financial reports.
Click Run Report.
Click Export to download your report as a CSV or PDF.
Filtering Your Report
MyCase allows you to refine your Aging Invoices Report using various filters to focus on specific data.
Filter by Client
Type the client name into the Filter by Client field.
Select the client's name from the dropdown menu.
Click Run Report.
The report will update to display only invoices related to the selected client.
Filter by Case
Type the case name into the Filter by Case field.
Select the case name from the dropdown menu.
Click Run Report.
The report will update to display only invoices related to the selected case.
Filter by Lead Attorney
Type the client name into the Filter by lead attorney field.
Select the All or the individual attorney's name from the dropdown menu.
Click Run Report.
The report will update to display only invoices related to the selected lead attorney.
