Transaction Report

The transaction report displays all transaction data, such as the invoice number, reference number, invoice ID, etc., for a given time period, including offline payments.

To Run a Report:

  1. Click the Reports tab in your Mycase account.

  2. Select Financial Reports.

  3. Select Transaction Report.

  4. Select the Date Range, Account, and Status.

  5. Click Run Report.

  6. Once the report is generated, you can Export to CSV.

Note: This report can not be customized. To further filter, we recommend exporting the file as a CSV and then filter as needed.
