USCIS Case Tracking
The Immigration Add-On provides instantaneous status information based on the Petition's/Application's USCIS receipt number(s).
Adding a Receipt Number
To track the status of a petition or application filed with USCIS in real-time, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Matter related to the USCIS Receipt(s) received.
From the Matter's Overview Page, click the Case Tracking tab.
Click the "+ Add Receipt" button.
Enter the USCIS Receipt Number as it appears on the Receipt Notice.
Indicate the Form to which the USCIS Receipt Number is associated under Description* (Optional).
Click the Add Receipt button.
Update Notifications for Automatic Checks
If any changes are detected in a matter's USCIS case status, the assignees of the matter under which the USCIS receipt number was entered will receive an email and in-app notification.
Note: You must be assigned to a matter as a matter assignee to receive these notification updates.
Priority Date Tracking
Immigration Add-On tracks the priority date of an immigrant petition for you and updates the cutoff dates from the Visa Bulletin just before the beginning of each month.
Once you have entered the Priority Date and Preference Category, this feature provides you with up-to-date information about priority date status (status for filing and status for final action).
Setting Priority Date Tracking
After creating a matter, you can track the Priority Date for status for filing and status for final action. Please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Matter for which you want to set a Matter Type.
Click on the Update Matter Details link.
Click the Update Matter → button
a. Select a Preference Category.
b. Select a Priority Date.
c. Select Update Matter.
Viewing Priority Date Tracking
From within the Case Tracking tab of the Matter Overview Page or the Contact Overview Page for the Matter's Primary Contact, you can see the real-time status of the Priority Date Tracking (status for filing and status for final action).

Priority Date Status Notifications
Once you have entered the Priority Date and Preference Category, this feature informs you whether the filing status is current. You will also receive email and in-app notifications of status changes to the priority date.
